With very fond memories of a lovely lady, it was a pleasure to know Jeanne xx
Aunty Jeanne, Our memories are endless. You have always been a part of our lives, whether through your weekly phone calls with mom, or your many visits to Canada. We all received lovely cards from you every year. One of my favourite memories was when you came back in 1982 for our wedding. We travelled around to different places, and even went to the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) in Toronto. I’ll never forget the look on your face when we ordered pizza, sat on the wall, and handed you a piece of pizza without a plate or cutlery to eat with. You were there in 2004 to share in mom and dad’s 50th anniversary celebrations, and again in 2008 when all the family went on a cruise to celebrate mom’s 80th birthday. I always remember you having two of every blouse, just different colours. It's a trait I have followed in my own life. You may have been many miles away, but on behalf of Chris, Greg, Craig, myself and all our families, we always felt very connected and you will always be remembered with that wonderful smile. Love Jane
Dearest Jean, you have been such a big part of our family for almost 30 years. You’ve been like an another nan to my children. We have all enjoyed so many family occasions with you, barbecues at Carole and Adrian’s, Boxing Days at mum and dads and countless other celebrations. We were watching my wedding video just recently and there you were looking as radiant as ever and thoroughly enjoying being a part of it all. You were always so thoughtful, you never missed a birthday, there was always a card in the post. I enjoyed talking to you whenever we met, you were always so interested in what everyone was doing and I loved your mischievous sense of humour. You have left a lasting impression on us all and we will miss you very much. Rest in peace lovely lady, all our love Lil, Rosie and Chloe ❤️
